Emotional af watching all these videos and remembering how it felt like in the room ✨ RELEASE ✨ The mindset talk as a part of this Intensive enhanced the progress ❤️ Same as freestyle practices 👯‍♀️ Thank you all for opening up and showing yourself vulnerable, which is so beautiful 💖 The growth was big, in this rare styling that we do, but also internally, overcoming obstacles that we have made ourselves 🫠 To many more moments like this ✨ My heart is still full from this Intensive ❤️ Can‘t wait for the next one - 29./30.11. Jazzfunk! 💃🏼 Flyer in our previous posts 💌 Videolink of these groups is coming into our stories the next days 🙌🏼 Filmed by @dancepassion.tv 🎥 Help me to tagg everyone 🙏🏼❤️ #katjascompany #cologne #training #lyrical #intensive

The day I discovered my inner Shaky Becci 🧡

At first, when I saw the choreo in a video, I was like: “Nooo, I can’t do this…” — and honestly, there was a little part of me that didn’t even want to try.
BUT I knew I’d show up anyway. So I put those thoughts aside and stayed open to something outside my comfort zone. And I’m so proud that I did 🥰
Because after a little while, I really started feeling it.
The people in the room gave me that shaky energy — and then I was completely IN. ❤️‍🔥

BODY TO BODY 🫦 @linda_siu_official

when visions come to life … 🙏🏻 with this one I really wanted to challenge myself and I can tell you this was a huge challenge. Honestly I was a hundred times more nervous about this video project than dancing infront of 20.000 people hahaha - bringing 10 dancers into a project, organizing technical equipment + outfits, choreographing, rehearsing etc… I loved every second and I couldn‘t be happier about the results🥹💞
