Your breath is a bridge back to yourself. 🌬️

At Breathe & Rise Collective, breathwork creates space to slow down, release what your body has been holding, reconnect with your inner world, and move through life with greater presence.

Come breathe. Come feel. Come rise.

comm.unity is the most effective form of rebellion.
a love movement in the he.art of texas
#sanantonio

artists are at the forefront of any r.evolution.
we strive to create spaces by creatives, for creatives.
honoring creativity means honoring the divine.
honoring the divine in me means honoring the divine in you.
I&I/EYE&EYE.

comm.unity is a collective movement.
without the love & contribution of many,
this movement would not be what it is today.

a reminder that third spaces exist where you decide to create them.
our mission is to maintain a safe & inclusive environment for all who attend.
no cliques, no competition.

we strive to provide spaces where (y)our inner child is safe to explore, play, and create new bonds in organic settings.
Because let’s be honest, making friends as an adult can be hard.

when you’re surrounded by evidence of love, it’s hard to feel full of any less than the love you witness.
yes, the world can be ugly.
But just look how much beauty is around us, all the time.

embracing/embodying love kills the propaganda that it’s every wo/man for themself.
not here, not ever.
we embrace you as you are, for all you are.

That’s what a love movement is.
It looks like truth, accountability, conversation, laughter, play, care, trade, genuine curiosity,
art, song, dance, sun, moon, trees.
we love it all.

remember, you’ll never be too much for people who are yearning for more.
your unique expression is exactly what makes you a magnet.
you just gotta put yourself in the environment to attract your tribe.

This is comm.unity.
What we build here will continue to impact
our city of San Antonio, and all other cities following the direction of the paths we pave.
this summer is one I hold close to my heart.
May we continue to water eachother through every season.
