meet the girl behind the club

this month marks 6 months of being a licensed nail tech, and sometimes I have to remind myself how much can happen when you just decide to start.

The Polished Club was an idea I had that I could’ve easily talked myself out of. I could’ve waited until I was older, had more experience, had more money, or felt more “ready.” But I didn’t want to spend my life waiting for the perfect time to do the things I dreamed of.

I’m still learning. I’m still figuring things out. And I’m still dreaming up things I never would’ve imagined six months ago.

if there’s one thing I hope you take from my story, it’s that it’s never too early to start a dream of yours. You don’t have to have it all figured out to take the first step.

thank you for being here and being part of The Polished Club. there’s so much more I want to do with this little dream of mine, and I’m so happy you’re here for it.

Hi, I’m Ava, the face behind the flowers at Flora 🤗
I thought it was probably time for an introduction!

A little about FLORA- I started Flora about 3.5 years ago and have finally been able to dedicate more time to it this past year. I’ve LOVED being able to dive deeper into creativity, designing, and making an impact for people! I started Flora because I’ve always been obsessed with the beauty of God’s creations—and flowers felt like the perfect way for me to share a little bit of that beauty with other people.
And a little about ME! I’m currently a senior in college, I married my best friend last October (he’s been a big supporter and a lot of the reason I’ve been able to grow Flora as much as I have), and I’m a lover of travel, outdoors, and trying new recipes!

I love beautiful things, and I especially love creating wedding flowers that feel intentional, beautiful, and exceed your expectations. I’m so happy you’re here and can’t wait to work with you! Thank you for all your support as I get to follow my dreams 💗💗

We are SO happy we got to be a part of The Polished Clubs launch party🤎✨ It turned out seriously so cute and Avery absolutely killed it. She did such an amazing job putting everything together and is seriously killing it!! 🫶🏼 So happy we got to be a little part of such a fun event!
