Over the last 10 days, I’ve spent hours watching the sea. Nature is in constant flow, yet it is never forceful. I notice how the sea doesn’t fight its way around a rock, it gracefully surrounds it and flows past, finding the path that’s there. It moves back and forth with each wave and with the tide twice a day.

We studied the trees too. We learned here that the coco de mer palm tree takes 25 years before it grows coconuts and then lives for 100s of years.

The land tortoise move awkwardly slow but live to 150+ years.

There’s something deeply spiritual in all of that. We often believe life requires constant speed, pushing, controlling, and striving.

But nature shows us another way. It teaches that growth happens through alignment, not force. When we stop resisting every challenge and start working with life rather than against it, things begin to unfold more naturally.

Alignment isn’t about having everything figured out; it’s about trusting the process, staying present, and allowing yourself to move with the current instead of fighting it.
