We started this summer journey with one goal development. We saw a lot of faces come and go but those who truly stuck it out and accepted the challenge took MAJOR leaps. As a unit, as individual players, and as people these kids learned an important lesson about value this summer. There’s value in consistency, there’s value in discipline, there’s value in commitment, accountability and diligence. No matter the sport, work field or path of life chosen without a sense of value there is no tangible understanding of those other 5 concepts. To value this life is to enjoy every bit of the experience. I pray that even if we don’t reach the highest heights with the round ball that these kids at least learn the value in life and its experiences! Proud is an understatement but JOBS NOT FINSIHED!!!

Grown a whole new level of appreciation for the game over the last year. The game that raised me. The game that still helps me navigate this life to this day. The game that keeps me going! I love it with a passion, and the experiences I’ve had paired with the over-return of my initial investment as a student coming fully as a teacher brings a joy I can’t quite quantify. No matter what I’ve been through in this life that round ball has always been there! Glad I’ve finally realized its true importance. Only took 25 years lol
