The 2026 season was nothing short of a dream. We had enough stupid new ideas to kill the business three times over, but every corner of the team went absolutely all-in and came out the other side different humans. We couldn’t be more proud of every person who made this dream come to fruition. Thank you all.

We had no idea how it was going to go, trying to pull off a live broadcast for all categories and all racers in our first-ever race season. Was it logistically feasible? There was only one way to find out, since none of us had ever run a race before.

And then, of course, we obviously 💅 needed an iOS and Android app to distribute the content from the live broadcast and photographers. Duh 🙄. One small problem… none of us had ever built an app before. Better get to work kid (shawn looks at himself in the mirror and squints)

It’s funny how much easier it is to wake up and go all-in when you absolutely love what you do. Thank you to every family and racer who showed up and supported us this year. You enabled us to go after a dream and take a stab at seeing if we could leave this sport in a better place than we found it. A special shoutout needs to go to @joshuabespencin for leading out the broadcast team, we couldn’t have done this without you brother.

We can’t wait to see what 2027 brings for this sport. These are truly exciting times, seeing downhill come alive and the global spotlight coming back to the Rockies as World Cups and World Champs approach here in Colorado.

Here’s to going after more crazy ideas in 2027 with you guys 👊

It might have rained, ok well down poured. However that didn’t dampen our spirits! @grandtargheeresort you really put other resorts to shame. The views, vibes, and terrain are incredible. @caitystayswild and I went to our first @mountainstatescup I ended up getting second with a taste of the hot seat and want more. (Corners are hard and I hate grass) So fucking proud of my amazing fiancé. She wrecked her ankle in practice and still toughed it out and had a clean run when it counted the most getting 4th!!
