** CORRECTION** The Benson Community Event is from 12-3 PM, not 12-4PM

The excitement is building and we can’t wait to reconnect! 🎉

We sold 13 tickets in the last week, which means we now have LESS THAN 30 SPOTS LEFT for our 20-Year Reunion!

If you’ve been thinking about coming, now’s the time to commit. Grab your ticket and come celebrate 20 years with the Class of 2006! 🥂

🍻 Kick off Reunion Weekend with us!

Can’t make it to Saturday’s reunion? Or just looking for a casual way to reconnect before the big event? Join us Friday, August 21 at @kentonstationpub for an evening of catching up with classmates—no RSVP required!

Bring your spouse, partner, kids, or the whole family—everyone is welcome! Whether you’re attending the reunion on Saturday or not, we’d love to see you.

Fun fact: Kenton Station Restaurant & Pub is proudly owned by a fellow Benson alum! 💙🧡

This is an informal get-together, so food and drinks will be available for purchase from the restaurant. We appreciate your support of a fellow Benson alum by ordering from the menu!

📅 Friday, August 21, 2026
🕕 6:00–9:00 PM
📍 Kenton Station
8303 N Denver Ave, Portland, OR

We’re putting together a slideshow for our 20-year reunion and want to fill it with memories from our Benson days. 💙🧡

Send us your favorite photos - friend groups, classrooms, dances, sports, clubs, senior year, random hallway moments… anything Benson!

And thanks for taking a little trip down memory lane while digging through those old photos. 🥹 We can’t wait to see what you find!

We are officially 🎉4 weeks🎉 from kicking off our reunion weekend! Some people have been asking, so here is a quick rundown of the itinerary for both Friday and Saturday!

1) Friday, August 21st, 6-9pm ~ The informal Kenton Station meet & greet! This one is family friendly, bring the kids along! @kentonstationpub is owned by fellow Benson alum, James Littlejohn (class of '84) and has become a regular venue for a lot of Benson reunions. No RSVP needed, but I'll put up a poll in a couple of weeks so we can get a rough idea of a headcount to give James.

2) Saturday, August 22nd, 12-3pm ~ Benson Community Event @ Benson Polytechnic HS! This is an annual event put on by the Alumni Association. If you haven't had the chance to check out Tech Show in the last couple of years, come out and see the incredible job that they have done with the remodel. *****The plan is to meet inside the Commons (the new cafeteria area inside where the lower science hall used to be) and take a big class photo at 1: 00pm*****

3) Saturday, August 22nd, 5-10pm ~ The Main Event! @ The Rose City Yacht Club (3737 NE Marine Dr) Doors open at 5pm for appetizers and happy hour (first drink sponsored by Steven Tran!), and dinner at 6:30pm. This one is our official event, dress code semi-formal, adults only.

🎟️ Tickets available at https://partiful.com/e/CwTpuYfaCNoqnbCU6Liv

4) There will be an after party at a nearby bar for those who aren't done having fun! Location TBD, so stay tuned!
