Little pregnancy Q&A while I get ready 🤍

Answering some of your questions before baby arrives, and sharing a little of my everyday skincare routine with @nakedtallow 🤍

I’ve been using their Face Balm and Jojoba Moisturising Cream for weeks now, and my skin has honestly been feeling SO good! I’m all about keeping skincare simple, with just a few good ingredients 🫶🏼🤍

Can’t believe we’re getting so close to meeting this little baby!

Some simple low-tox swaps we’ve made in our home 🤎✨

Not about being perfect or throwing everything out and spending a fortune, just making little changes where we can to reduce unnecessary chemicals in our home, especially with little ones.

What are some swaps you’ve made or recommend? I’m always looking for more!

GIVE THEM THE GIFT THEY REALLY WANT 🤎🌿

A little something special, for someone special.

Whether it’s a birthday, a heartfelt thank you, a little reminder of how much someone means to you, a Christmas gift or a thoughtful teacher present — give the gift of movement, wellness and a little time for themselves.

Gift cards are available at The Common Ground!

Why not make it extra special by pairing your gift card with some beautiful Loco Love chocolate, natural skincare or one of our many wellness goodies available in the studio?

A thoughtful gift, made with love. 🤎

Pop into the studio to organise yours! 🌿

Sharing a few of my favourites from Naturaliste Health ⭐️⭐️

From the products I use around my home to what’s on my plate, I love being a little more intentional about the things I choose and understanding why I choose them.
