There’s so many new faces here…… Allow me to introduce myself – Nakia Evans, a NC & MD licensed real estate agent who has recently made Charlotte, NC her home after relocating from Baltimore, MD. My journey to the Queen City has brought a fresh perspective, a new relationship and a dynamic approach to the real estate landscape.

When I'm not passionately serving my clients, I find joy in life's simple pleasures. From dating & savoring delectable meals to indulging in discount shopping excursions all alone, I have a genuine appreciation for all of life's experiences. My world revolves around my children and grandchildren, and spending quality time with them is one of my greatest treasures.

Beyond real estate, I thrive as a coach and facilitator, helping individuals unleash their full potential. My latest venture, "Beyond Inner Growth University", is set to launch in September. This online training platform is designed to empower real estate professionals, fostering collaboration, personal and professional development, and assist leaders in our industry.

My impact extends beyond virtual spaces. Serving as the immediate past President of the local board of realtors speaks to my commitment to my community and the industry. Additionally, I proudly serve on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Realtors, contributing to shaping the future of real estate on a national level.

Partnering with me means gaining a seasoned professional who embodies values of collaboration, integrity, growth, and leadership. With my experience, vision, and unwavering dedication, I am committed to enriching your real estate journey in ways beyond expectations.

I'm honored to officially be a part of this community, and I'm excited to bring my energy, expertise, and unwavering commitment to your unique real estate needs.

💭 KITCHEN INSPIRATION!!
Spring often brings the motivation for renovations or decorating around the
home. And when it comes to kitchen features that buyers are looking for or that might increase your home’s value, this kitchen gives some great inspiration:
- The neutral, natural
flooring creates a warm atmosphere and a blank canvas for the rest of the space.
- The decorative wine storage with ladder element offers unique detail.
- Open shelving is a sought-after feature, and the matching plates + kitchenware add to the overall aesthetic of the room.
- Gold hardware throughout the cabinetry and on the noteworthy stove detailing completes the space elegantly.
- Sconce lighting throughout brings warmth and distinction.
So whether you’re thinking of a remodel or simply looking for new decor ideas, you can certainly use this kitchen as inspiration!
🏡 Which would you add to your new kitchen?

Day 7. Month 8.
‼️ A hug was all I needed.
Sometimes there just aren’t words that can get across the message that you want to share and yet a simple hug can handle it all.

💙 The world would be so much better if people could just hug everything out.

🧡 A hug is a wonderful gift to share. It’s a grand way to say; ‘I care.’ A hug communicates support, security, affection, unity, and belonging. A hug shows compassion. A hug touches the soul.

💖 Sometimes a hug can change someone’s day, and it only takes seconds.

❤️‍🔥 There’s a pretty good chance some of your best memories feature a good old-fashioned hug.

💘 Hug your loved ones and friends more. Show them you care!
