As she prepares for a landmark album release and bold collaborations, both local and global. KAVYA continues to push sonic boundaries while staying rooted in her cultural essence. She’s currently writing her debut album, ‘Poetess’ aimed to release Summer time 2027.

I photographed the dancers for “Glass Trees” and kept thinking about what the title might look like if it existed outside.
The skeletal architecture of TREES, and GLASS, something solid enough to hold its form, yet transparent enough to let everything through. Perhaps that is what we are too. Bodies with roots, structures with movement, solid and see through all at once.

Bineet Kaur is an India based movement artist, choreographer, and educator. Years of training and working in New York, while moving between structured contemporary practices and street based forms, have shaped a distinct movement language where multiple vocabularies converge into one embodied voice. Her work spans theatre, film, fashion, and commercial spaces.Her creations have been showcased at the NMACC Grand Theatre, the Seattle Dance Festival, sold out productions of Chicago musical in Delhi, and multiple music videos as a performing lead.
