I created the space I wish existed for me years ago.

The “in between” space before the mastermind.
Before the massive investment.
Before having things fully mapped out.

A room for the woman building something meaningful while also trying to hold herself together behind the scenes.

The entrepreneur with big vision and a tired nervous system.
The woman relying on faith and coffee.
Trying so many things. And often lonely
Wanting clarity, consistency, connection and support without all the pressure and performative energy.

Rooted & Rise is faith-forward, growth-minded, deeply supportive and also elevating.

The kind of space that feels like home…
but also calls you higher.

More visibility.
More aligned connections.
More accountability.
More celebration.
More women in your corner who actually get it.

I don’t think we were meant to build alone. The women in this village are incredible entrepreneurs who inspire me everyday! Our check ins, events, shares and honest conversations is what I love so much! I am so excited to keep growing this village!!

If this sounds like the kind of room you’ve been praying for lately, comment “ROOTED” and I’ll reach out 🙏🏼🎉

If you’ve been craving deeper friendships, support, wellness & purpose… this is your sign - we are built for community

Still thinking about this beautiful day and feeling so much gratitude for every woman who showed up.❤️

This event was created to honor moms, but it became so much more than that. It became a reminder of what happens when women come together intentionally… when we move together, support each other, open up conversations, share our businesses, laugh, connect, and remember we were never meant to do life alone.

This is the heart behind the WAVES Wellness Village 🌊

An ecosystem where women can come together in motherhood, wellness, healing, business, movement, friendship, and real life support. A space where we grow individually while also building something bigger together.

And truthfully… this day didn’t even go “according to plan.”

I didn’t have childcare. I was asked to teach last minute. Plans shifted multiple times throughout the day.

But somehow it all unfolded exactly how it was supposed to.

It reminded me that sometimes the most beautiful moments happen when we surrender control, lean into community, and simply show up as we are.

I left this day feeling emotional in the best way because I know deep in my soul this is what so many women are craving right now. Including myself!!

Deeper connection.
More support.
More spaces where they can fully be themselves.

Thank you to every woman who came and to the incredible businesses who helped co-create this day with

@motherxbeauty thank you for pampering us with your incredible make up and making the long drive.

There’s something really special about the women in this space… 🤍

Different paths.
Different gifts.
Different seasons.

But all choosing to show up, grow, and rise…together.

Let me introduce you to a few of the incredible members of the village who inspire me everyday:

✨ Cherith — founder of Namesake Cheesecake
✨ Amy Williams — attorney & CEO of AB Unlimited
✨ Kiki — Holistic nutritionist
✨ Brittani — transformational coach
✨ Jenny — celebrity makeup artist & founder of Mothers Beauty

Women building, leading, healing, and becoming… side by side.

Watching these women pour into their lives, their businesses, their families—while still making space to support one another: is something I don’t take lightly.

This isn’t about having it all figured out-
it’s about being in a room where you don’t have to do it alone anymore.

A space that feels grounded, real, and aligned…
while still gently calling you higher 🌿

I’m so honored to walk alongside women like this.

If you’ve been craving something deeper like this…

✨ Hey beautiful… I see you. Feeling stretched thin, doing it all, and wondering if anyone really gets it. You’re not alone. (Been there so many times ugh)

In the Rooted & Rise Village, women are showing up for themselves and each other…going after dreams they didn’t think were possible, creating space for wellness, clarity, and support, and celebrating wins together. 💛 I’m co-creating something I always dreamed of but felt impossible. We have 15 women so far and I’m opening up space for women more right now 💕

If you’re ready to stop doing life alone and rise with women who truly get it, comment “RISE” below. I’ll reach out personally to share more about how this village is changing lives—🥹and how you can be part of it too.

Your next level is waiting… let’s rise together. 🌿
