There are some people you meet whose gift is so deeply a part of who they are; you can actually feel it when you’re around them.

@lucianawithlove is one of those people. 🌻

I attended the inaugural @sunflowergardenfest last year, and watching Luciana bring together music, healing, nature, and community was incredibly special.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of experiencing her gift in so many different settings, from a beautiful New Year’s sound bath to bringing her sound bowls and voice to @jandhranch, where even the horses came closer when she began to sing.🐴❤️
And now, I’m incredibly proud of my friend as she prepares for the SECOND annual Sunflower Garden Festival this Saturday, August 22, 2026!

What I love about Luciana’s story is that none of this feels manufactured.

As she shares in this conversation with @karlagillis and me, her mom told her she was singing before she could even speak.

Music became the way she processed emotion, overwhelm, and trauma long before she understood why it made her feel better.

Today, she’s taken that lifelong gift and turned it into something much bigger: a space for music, connection, healing, and community.

And she's building it on her family’s farm. 🌻

Luciana, I am SO proud of what you’ve created, and I cannot wait to see what you bring to life this weekend.

🎤 MEDIA & PODCASTERS: If you’re looking for a beautiful local founder story to feature before the festival or would like Luciana on your podcast to talk about her journey, music, sound healing, and the story behind the Sunflower Garden Festival, please reach out to me.

🌻 TORONTO & GTA FRIENDS: Come experience it for yourself this Saturday, August 22.. Grab your tickets and join us at the Sunflower Garden Festival!

Let’s show some love for a woman who dared to turn her gift into something that brings people together. 💛

I wrapped an incredible studio session last Friday with @stephanspeaks at @venturexetobicoke while he was here kicking off his “Heal My People” city tour with @doctorholistic 🎬

We went deep on something I’ve been thinking about for years: how health, dating, relationships, and healing are all actually interconnected. Can’t build wealth or authentic love without addressing everything that impacts relationships.

If you’ve been following his work like I have, you know Stephan doesn’t do surface-level conversations, their next stop is Chicago 🎟️

Grab your tickets and join the conversation.

Accomplished men don’t just choose attraction.
They choose emotional stability.

Because chemistry might create excitement…
but emotional peace creates longevity.

The most successful men I’ve worked with are no longer impressed by inconsistency, emotional games, or surface-level connection.

They want a woman who brings:

• Peace instead of chaos
• Emotional maturity instead of drama
• Support instead of power struggles
• Partnership instead of confusion

After carrying pressure all day in business and leadership, a healthy relationship should feel like a safe place to land… not another source of stress.

And ladies, this applies to us too. ❤️
Healthy love should feel grounding, secure, inspiring, and emotionally safe.

If this resonates with you, comment “PEACE” below. 👇

If your CSR lives in a PDF… we need to talk. 👀

CSR isn’t a once-a-year report anymore. It’s visibility. It’s proof. It’s real-time impact.

The companies pulling ahead? They’ve turned CSR into infrastructure... not compliance.

Is your CSR built to keep up?

11 years ago (2015) the universe wouldn’t stop whispering to @tatianavenao about me✨

She saw my post and heard a voice say, “Call her.” She ignored it at first. Then it happened again. And again. Finally, she slid into my DMs through Facebook and we jumped on a call, and within minutes, we weren’t just talking, we were soul-connecting over our pasts, our traumas, and our dreams.

That one “yes” to the universe led me to introduce her to the @landmarkworldwideofficial and the birth of @abracadabramanifesting and a decade-plus of her being the “Creator of Infinite Possibilities. “🪄

Over the last year we had been talking about her sharing her gift with the world, and it was just not the right time for her. Then I got a call from her mid week last week with her saying, “I’m ready to start sharing my story, no excuses, no more waiting - it’s time.” And I was ready! LFG I said 🚀

During our impromptu podcast recording (first one ever) it was revealed that it was our 11th anniversary of our first real connection 🤯

I got goosebumps! It’s no coincidence that Tatiana’s angel number is 111. Since the day she called me, she has remained one of my closest friends.

Thank you for listening to that nudge from your spirit guides 11 years ago. We were destined to connect and my life is better for it 👯‍♀️💖

I am grateful and honoured to be able to share your story, your gifts and your wisdom to the world 🌍 To be a conduit of spreading love and light to the universe is something I live for. Love you more than words can express..

Why do good men sabotage great relationships? 🧬

TODAY on #MANUPMondays, I’m bringing together two forces @mikeradoor, Self-Sabotage Expert and author of the upcoming book MAN UP! (March 2026), and my colleague @dr.justingarcia from @kinseyinstitute, author of the just-released (pre-sales) THE INTIMATE ANIMAL.

The conversation? Biology vs. Character and why successful men keep choosing wrong. What most men don’t understand: You’re not broken, you’re wired for survival, not thriving. Your evolutionary programming is working against your relationship goals, and until you understand that, you’ll keep repeating the same destructive patterns.

Mike and Justin will touch on these hot topics:
✨ Why you chase toxic women while ignoring the good ones
✨ Why you self-sabotage when it gets real
✨ Why vulnerability feels like weakness
✨ How to override your biology with character

Dr. Garcia brings the science whiles brings the character transformation framework, and I’m the connector :)

Together, they’re giving men the roadmap to stop playing injured and start building relationships that last.

📚 THE INTIMATE ANIMAL by Dr. Justin Garcia is available now; get the biological foundation for understanding your intimate life.

📚 MAN UP! by Mike Radoor drops March 2026, pre-order coming soon for the character transformation so many men are missing.
🔴 Join us LIVE at NOON 🕛 EST on @mikeradoor’s IG for #MANUPMondays.

Drop your questions in the comments; this is where science meets brotherhood. Gentlemen, if you’re tired of sabotaging what you say you want, this conversation is for you. Ladies are welcome, you don’t want to miss this!

See you at noon!

Happy Christmas Eve and holidays 🎄🎅

My week looks a little different helping my eldest daughter dog 🐕 sit for my girlfriend @karlagillis as she visits with family away from home.

I have to say Kruze is used to a very specific schedule between walks, feedings and bathroom time 😅 I have a new found appreciation for dog Mom’s and dad’s who make the sacrifices for their care. Between Mikayla and I making sure our schedules align to support him, we’re forced to be in sync and communication, which genuinely feels like we’re caring for a furry toddler.

He’s one of the gentlest giants who loves cuddles, walks, his meals and his naps. If only humans were that easy to please and do life with 😂😂😂 He’s just so full of love, curiosity, and playfulness it’s so easy to fall in love with him.

I have so much respect for doggie parents and parents in general who do their best to make sure things get done, people are fed and bills get paid.

Christmas for me this year has truly felt like a time to give more than receive, and a time to reflect on everything to be grateful for. As the Year of the Snake 🐍 is coming to an end, I’m reminded to shed whatever doesn’t serve me and attract the kind of energy that will lead to better things in 2026.

I hope you’ll make time to be with loved ones this holiday season and pay it forward any opportunity you can. ❤️
