NAMI Chicago is excited to announce 💚NAMIPALOOZA featuring @genesisdenisehale , a one-day youth initiative dedicated to raising awareness and providing essential resources for mental health support among high school students. Youth will be able to participate in rotations consisting of restorative yoga, art therapy, canine therapy, music meditation, and much more.

With the increasing pressures faced by today's youth—including stress, anxiety, and depression—this event is designed to equip them with the tools, knowledge, and support systems necessary to navigate mental health challenges effectively.
