Squat for strength not just for looks. And confidence is built from the ground up💪🏾🔥.

Squats is one of the most effective compound exercises you can do, and its benefits go far beyond just building your legs. Few examples, squats build full lower body strength, and primarily target your quads, hamstrings, and glutes, but they also engage your calves and hip muscles. Over time, this leads to stronger, more powerful legs.

Squats can improve posture, by strengthening your back, core, and hips. Squats help support a more upright and stable posture. Also, boosts joint health and mobility.

If you are new to squats, starting with bodyweight squats and focusing on proper form is key👌🏿#squat #relateble #foruyou #relatablevideos #gym
