Luxury is redefined through delicate textures, playful embellishment and an air of effortless elegance 🪽

In January, @schiaparelli opened up S/S 26 Haute Couture with theatrical bird inspired pieces. The sculptural birds were made intentionally ambiguous by creative director Daniel Roseberry, not defined as birds of paradise or prey: "The tension between the two, and the not knowing - that's the point".

We’re excited to introduce Nancy Allen, an enthralling artist and member of Collector’s Eye. @nancyallen92

Nancy works primarily with sculpture and drawing whose gestures bond wide ranging materials, sometimes with a crunch, and otherwise fleetingly, suspending leaves and feathers as if plucked from thin air with a thumb and forefinger. She graduated from the RA Schools in London in 2023 and previously studied at Wimbledon College of Art, UAL.

And that’s it for another year of dinamo football, so grateful for this amazing space we’ve created and all contributed to. 💚🥹

We had our winter tournament this past weekend and @rauricantelo captured some of the faces that make this group so special. ⚽️🚀

The explosion of grass roots football in recent years has been so important and thankful we’re a part of that - let’s all keep redefining this game! 🔊🔊

This bread isn't made from flour, but from ground pasta. Imagine! A bag of flour costs 1,600 shekels, or $400. Unfortunately, pasta is running out of stock, and a kilo costs 100 shekels, or $30.

For 6 days I have not been able to post anything due to fear, lack of food and exhaustion. Yesterday at 12 o'clock at night, darkness prevailed. Our neighbors' house was bombed. There is only one wall between us. Nothing separates us. Three missiles were fired. It was like horror. The remains of martyrs were in the street and missile shrapnel in my house and the roof of our house and the wood of the bombed house. Imagine. It flew over us. It was like the Day of Judgment. Solve this matter. Imagine 19 martyrs. Hours later, there was also bombing twice on the street where I live, less than a meter away. A group of citizens were also bombed. It was extremely tiring and frightening. The situation is very difficult in terms of the bombing, hunger and lack of food.😔😔💔

The collaborative exhibition “The Poetics of Reconfiguration”with artists Nancy Allen, Beatriz Santos, Rebeka Vaino and Xie Ziyu is now open at A26 art space.

These four artists disengage from and dissolve into the mainstream currents of feminine discourse, fragmenting and dismantling canonical art histories to reconfigure them within the significance of artists’ own existence. Their practices establish an equilibrium of adjacency with tradition—intimate yet detached—resulting in a perpetual rebirth of mystery and enchantment. This mirrors the defining characteristics of their creations: fearless and unwavering.

‘Open Hollow’ by Nancy Allen, currently on display at Pusher in Holborn as part of the group exhibition ‘New Pastoral’, curated by Angus Wood, which continues until March 1st. ⁣
⁣
“This is an exhibition trying to think about spaces and activities which have been understood, at one time or another, as a rural sublime. This category - of idealism, of utopianism - may now be meaningless. In thinking what this condition might stand for, the pastoral comes to us in its myriad meanings: of the idyll, of care, of gathering and dispersal.” - Pusher⁣
