🏆 The TLW Dance Leadership Summit is inspired by noticing how many dance artist struggle not with dance, but with clarity.

It’s evident that being self aware, leaning on your values, and practicing mutual respect not only helps the individual, but the whole dance community. We influence each others every single day.

📣 Let’s connect and build a Healthier Dance community together

👥 For ALL dancers, students, studios owners, and organizers

💫 There’s a version of you that already knows how to lead and the one who shows up fully and doesn’t shrink to make a room comfortable. Self-doubt just has a way of quieting that voice.

Back in June, a room full of dance artists gathered for the first TLW Dance Leadership Summit and remembered what it feels like to lead from truth, not fear.

This is about remembering the leader you’ve always been. 🫶

👉 Link in bio for details, or type “SUMMIT” below and we’ll send it your way.

📅 October 10 • New York City • Only 10 spots.

A lot of beginners have asked me, “How do I start social dancing” after going to a few classes? And to be honest it’s pretty simple. Step 1 you show up and Step 2 you ask the person to dance; whether you’re a man or woman-the method is the same.

But there’s a good way of asking, and there’s a bad way of asking, it’s all about your approach. And in this video, I show you the differences between the two!

Please give a round of applause to @frankie for bringing cool vibes and to @baileyolithic for being down with the camera 📸

In other news, I entered this podcasting competition called Top Host, where if won I’ll have a 6 episode podcast series produced by iHeartRadio @iheartradio , and be @ryanseacrest guest on his show. With my documentation of the dance scene meeting new people and sharing their stories, I figured this would be a great opportunity! Voting will start soon so I’ll need all of yall to help and pitch in your vote!

Thanks for reading and stopping by! As always stay safe, have fun and I’ll see ya on the dance floor!
