There’s so much I could say about @nancymayerallan! I’ve had the distinct pleasure to work with her on the NMA website, and to even vacation with her cuz she’s family. 🤪

Nancy is a self-taught artist in many respects. She is continually learning and striving and blossoming brilliantly. Her pieces are awe-inspiring. I could devote an entire gallery wall to her alone.

So, check out her work - and mine!

She’s been a @potterybarn Featured Artist in 2025. But as of September, you’ll see some new looks on the site. 🌹🎩

My favorite part of teaching or moving in a group environment is that moment in class when you feel the energy shift. ✨

The moment when people “drop in,” are fully present, surrender and just flow together. 🌊

It’s the shift away from the crowdedness and constant activity of our minds … to the quiet, ever present wisdom of the body. 🤌🏼🤌🏽🖐🏽🤚🏻🖐🏾💪🏼💪🏻💪🏽

When we stop thinking … about the moves, about our form, about what we have to do later (or what happened bf class). ❤️

And we move. Breathe. Empty out. Fill up. ☯️

So we can begin again.☀️
