❤️ seeing my @alit_stone3 (Alston) as Macduff, oh my! 🎭 You can experience it all weekend long (May 4-5, 8pm) in the @collegeplayers1863 production of Macbeth in the USF Studio Theater.

👏🏾 👏🏾👏🏾 Bravo! To Ali, fellow cast and crew! I’m so glad I flew in, and drove up from L.A. w/his aunt @abworships to see the play. There is nothing this mom won’t do for her son —except murder, that is. 😎
#We’ll leave that to Macduff. 🗡️

The year is 2015 || my 8th year in business

I’m burning the candle at both ends working from 9-9 / 365 wearing cheap oversized Top Line clothes and working a pair of shoes out until they had holes in them…

Coaching everyone from UFC fighters, WWE wrestlers, NFL football players endless high school and collegiate athletes + regular Joe’s and housewife’s and a lot of baristas

Probably one of my favorite facility setups for the Top Shop

Still all nuts and bolts. Hardcore no BS

Everyone was strong… my high school athletes routinely deadlifted 500lbs and benches 225 for sets of 10-20 (no machine crap) and even the “house fraus” were so conditioned that a 60 min - 40 rep sled sprint session was a breeze

I loved this time because I was “taste testing” it all. Started a supplement store. Started a meal prep business. Hired a bunch of rookie trainers. Batting cages and baseball camps. YouTube. FB advertising. Email marketing. Investing in online courses. Buying real estate. Getting my first revolving line of credit and making section 179 asset purchases.

Yes. Doing all that and still coaching, vacuuming and being the father figure to my family and clients, taking late night phone calls from clients who were thinking about ending their lives & dealing with nit-wits who I was sure would sabatoge my business or worse yet kill me. (Did end up hospitalized once during this time due to exhaustion) one of several times.

Meanwhile 85% of these online weasels who call themselves coaches were still trying to figure out why their voices were changing from soprano to baritone & crying in the high school bathroom because they got rejected again by their middle school crush

Ahhh what a time to be alive

I want to personally thank every single person who has supported this vision!

Top Line was never about “the owner” or “the coach”

In fact, that’s why it’s called Top Line… because it needed to be bigger than one person

1,000’s and 1,000’s of you have helped build The Top Shop into what it is today and fueled how we plan to expand into the future

It would never have happened without the clients, staff, business partners, mentors and most importantly God the father & his gifts and blessings.

Some choose to re-boot on January 1st. But it isn’t the day that marks a true change

True change starts with taking action

Actions lead to outcomes and those outcomes lead to evolution

Thank You!

All of you!

I’ve got nothing but the utmost love for each and everyone of you: past, present and future

Year 15, Let’s Roll!
