I am so beyond blessed.

Thank you so much to everyone who came out to support myself and my teams this weekend. I love you all so much. And to my teammates, there is absolutely nobody I would have rather done this with. I love you gameday and smohead.

Let’s take a walk down memory lane tonight … 11 years ago a young girl with a dream was at her first college nationals with the best program in the game and the rest Is history

It’s 2015… as a baby freshman I got to be apart of the a team that will go down in history as a legendary all girl team. I was in awe of those girls and am so blessed I got to be a small part of that legendary nationals win

Moving to 2016 .. it’s sophomore year and that same girl with a dream makes mat with her two best friends Jazzy & Tyler.. became the FIRST all girl to perform and execute extended hand n hands, all girl gets a 3 peat, and I got to win with my bestie girls

2017 … new year all new team.. I will forever be proud of what my junior year team accomplished, we may not have had the outcome we wanted but I will always hold this team close to my heart for

Last year best year 2018… one more round with my Eagle family .. we faced many adversities but we fought tooth and nail for what we wanted and I will never forget the feeling of hitting our finals routine with 19 of my best friends and bringing the title back to the eagles nest.

Safe travels to all our current Eagle athletes, coaches & trainers. Enjoy every moment 💙💛

10 YEARS OF FRIENDSHIP (almost) AND THIS DUDE IS FINALLY MARRIED!!!!

I started my east coast journey with you and Tyler helping me tour the university of Cincinnati in October of 2015, which also means you became one of my very first cherished friends in my journey to adulthood. After some time and at one of my last competitions in February of 2016, while in Cincy, you, Tyler and so many others inspired me to then look into UK, which I got into in March, and was convinced you’d come all the way to WA just to give me a hug lol.

Throughout our friendship, you have become such an integral part of not only my collegiate journey, but also who I am today! You have rejoiced with me when I made the dance team and finally started my first year at UK, became my #1 fan with @nancytylerfrye, @brianholeman, and @brittholeman1225 at every game day, came to any nationals send off you could, listened to me drag on about family sciences, chowed down on ribs while watching Super Bowls, and seen me go to hell and back in so many ways over the course of time. I got the privilege to see you begin your dream job of teaching little one’s and break down social barriers, see you find out about Sammy (still remember to this day seeing his first pic!!!), fight valiantly to give him a wonderful life, cheer you on in your new role as a father, see you go to hell and back yourself, but ultimately see you become who you are today as well.

Meeting Erin last year, I already knew she was something special. I hope you both are on cloud nine with Sammy and Gus, and I am honored to have been a part of your amazing day. We don’t talk nearly as often as we used to, adulthood lol, but we always seem to pick up where we left off and for that, I am ever so grateful.

Long time coming but you did it buddy!!! Until next time, much love for you my friend, always🖤

Happy Valentine's Day to the love of my life who loves me unconditionally and wholeheartedly. I can't imagine my life without him beside me. I'm so thankful for the time we've had, the times we're having, and all that's to come! Happy Valentine's Day to my 4 phenomenal kids who inspire me each and every day and who continue to grow to be incredible, successful adults with the world at their feet! Happy Valentine's Day to my awesome son in law who I know is the safe harbor for my beautiful Bear. I love seeing their journey and knowing they are each other's best friends. Happy Valentine's Day to my oldest's other half who has so easily become part of our extended family and make him, and us, smile. Happy Valentine's Day to our fallen friend. It still hurts deeply and we will forever miss you. You were our valentine sir... even if you didn't realize it. We love you, will miss you, and will never forget you. And finally, happy Valentine's Day to each and every one of you out there... whether we talk all the time, not at all, or somewhere in between, just know I'm here, I cherish who you are in my life, and I wish you all nothing but the very best... now and always. May today - and every day - be filled with love and laughter the whole day through! Happy Valentine's Day! ❤️
