Last weekend was a dream! My favorite people all came at once so we could attend the #DukeMayoClassic! It was the best time having my Raleigh fam come to Charlotte. From having Maizie's bff, Whiskey, to seeing most of the kids that I have spent so much time with, filled my heart, overflowing really! We had two on the red side, but it's all love! 😉
College Football, best friends, dog cuddles, and popcorn with M&Ms, what more does a girl need?

There's something special about time with your girlfriends that just can't be put into words. This weekend was a blast but more importantly, I'm so aware of how lucky I am to have women in my life that provide a safe place and love with out fear. And they all love and have dogs. So that's the real bond, lol 😆 🐕🦮🐕‍🦺🐶 ❤

I missed celebrating Maizie Tova's Gotcha Day on Aug 17..😫
How do I capture a year in the the #lifewithMaizieTova in 10 photos, tho?! She came to me in the midst of one of the saddest times in my life, nursing Maxie through his last weeks as my forever baby. She saved me from a deep dark hole of sadness, although many think I saved her. Maybe we saved each other. Her constant love and affection for me and all who meet her is what she is known for. Thank you to all her Aunties who love and spoil her, as she deserves! Happy Gotcha Day, MaeMae the BaeBae!

Grateful doesn't speak to the amount of affection I hold for these women. They are my human diaries. ♥ #tribevibe #winewednesday🍷 #safeplace

Learning these lessons may be hard during the time you're in it, but the outcomes are well worth it. You got this! And you don't have to feel alone while you evolve as a person. 💕

Guess what day it is? It's "National Goof Off Day." Seriously. And why shouldn't it be? We work hard so that we can play hard. The Talos staff decided to dig through photos from the past decade and post a few we thought you might like. So, today let your mind relax a little and try to smile more. #nationalgoofoffday @rths_raptors @ncyearbooks
