Grateful to do crazy things in wild places with great people.

Played a small part in helping making some more ultra marathoners in our human history.

Third year @saddles100, this time crewing, pacing & supporting a group of 10+ runners & 25+ travelers. So many intimate moments that have come from a silly little hobby called running.

S/O to everyone who has dictated their summer in pursuit of unlocking their next level of potential. May you find joy in the pursuit.

100-mile goal reached. 28-hour goal missed.

Came in with one thing on my mind sub-28. Everything was looking good until it wasn’t, and the knees had other plans. Either way what a blessing🙏🏼

Huge thank you to @only_ov and @sylinaflowers for bringing the crew/aid together and making this experience what it was.

Shoutout to @davidnav___ for helping me through the Dells, even if we took a couple detours along the way 🤣

And to everyone else who played a part in making this happen. Thank you 🙌

Was an absolute joy being out here and welcoming new Ultra marathon finishers. So proud of every single one of you for showing up for yourself! The training is hard and lonely trust me I know but you did that!

I have definitely regained my spirit for running being out here. I’m thrilled to give it all I have at the Chattanooga by UTMB 100K in 2027 and build from there.
