Loving yourself by doing whatever helps you. Be that sunshine on a cloudy day even if for a few minutes. It helps. For each of us it’s differnt but I love my longtime friend reminding me that we all can get up for one song and move our body. For us sometimes we can’t get up, so I said hey move your head or arms in bed. Do what you can, wherever you are to help lighten your load. I love she’s wearing the silk pants she got from me cause it’s flow energy and goddess mixed in one. While I think if all show our passions we can help destroy the hate.

We had such a blast at the 2024 Los Angeles International 'Ukulele Festival @laukulelefestival! We were busy all day passing out ukuleles to the participants of my Free Beginner Workshops. We met a lot of brave new ukulele folks, some of which had never played a ukulele before! In my workshop, participants experienced the joy and ease of the "Melanie Method" and said they were surprised to be able to play a song after only one hour! We also "dotted" many personal ukuleles so folks could take home the ease of the "Melanie Method." 🎶 😀
We also had a mini reunion with some of my Zoom students, a few of whom flew from across the country to attend the festival! We had so much fun sharing lot's of music and laughter together at the festival, the amazing Sunday concert, our sing-alongs and more!
Thank you @kalakoaentertainment for producing such a wonderful event! What a great way to spread ukulele joy!

I made a very silly film about cats as supreme beings and the amusing origin story of “In Meow We Trust.” Our cat shirts aren’t just a fashion statement of cat worship; they support cat adoption charities. Thanks for all the support ! So, please, visit our store and don’t hesitate to follow, like, subscribe, and share. As the film suggests, your support is crucial in our quest to save humanity.

Today is a new day!!

New Month!

This is my month!

HOPE YOU JOIN ME!

Butterflies are deep and powerful representations of life. Many cultures associate the butterfly with our souls. Some religions even see the butterfly as a symbol of resurrection. Around the world, people view the butterfly as representing endurance, change, hope, and life.

“The butterfly is one of the most emblematic totem animals symbolizing personal transformation. If you see the butterfly as your totem or spirit animal, pay attention to the areas in your life or personality that are in need of profound change or transformation. Perhaps, this animal totem guides you to be sensitive to your personal cycles of expansion and growth, as well as the beauty of life’s continuous unfolding. An important message carried by the spirit of the butterfly is about the ability to go through important changes with grace and lightness.

Butterfly Symbolism
What is the meaning of the butterfly? This animal totem is primarily associated with symbolism of change and transformation.
* Powerful transformation, metamorphosis in your life, personality
* Moving through different life cycles
* Renewal, rebirth
* Lightness of being, playfulness
* Elevation from earthly matters, tuning into emotional or spiritual
* The world of the soul, the psyche
A secondary meaning of the butterfly is about finding joy in life and lightness of being.”

This SPOKE TO ME!

This IS ME!! SELF LOVE TRANSFORMATION.

Hope this lifts you up with WINGS TO FLY AND BELIEVING IN YOU!
