Napa nights look pretty good with a little friendly competition.

A round of mini golf at Oxbow Greens, good food and a little time outdoors. Just another reason to love having Napa’s local favorites close to home.

🧡 Virtual Pet Altar · Día de los Muertos 🧡

On Día de los Muertos we remember the ones we’ve lost, and that includes our furry family. This year, Napa Valley Dachshunds is creating a Virtual Pet Altar: an online memorial where we’ll share photos and names of the beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, all together in one special tribute. 🐾

Dogs, cats, grand-dogs and grand-cats are all welcome, and so are the beloved pets of your extended family and best friends!

To include your sweet angel:
📸 Send a photo of your pet
💛 Include their name (and a favorite memory if you’d like)
📩 Email nvdachshunds@gmail.com or send us a DM
🗓️ Send by October 25

We’ll share our Virtual Pet Altar on October 27, a tribute full of love to the pets who are always in our hearts. 🌼

And then the Napa Pedal Crusher drove by… 🚲😂

The timing was perfect. The Pedal Crusher understood the assignment. Our captain had no idea he was part of the moment. 🎬

🚗💛 We’re excited to share some highlights from our Child Passenger Safety Week celebration!

We had such a great time coming together with our Napa community for a fun car seat safety event and Dine & Donate! It was a wonderful opportunity to connect with families, share helpful resources, and spread the word about keeping our little ones safe on the road.

A big thank you to Napa Yard for letting us host this special event at their space, Napa CHP for helping families with car seat installations, and The Jones Foundation for their generous grant supporting our Safe Seat Program! We are so grateful for your partnership and support.

Thank you to everyone who came out and joined us! We love seeing our community come together to support Napa County families and help keep our littlest passengers safe. 💛

Your messages and comments have filled our hearts!

From “The best time!” to “When’s the next one?”, you’ve shown how much this community embraced our first-ever Dach-tober Fest Wiener Races at Napa Yard’s Oktoberfest. We’re so grateful and thankful to every furiend who raced, cheered, and shared the love. You asked for more, and we heard you. Stay tuned!

Thank you to our presenters and host, @napayard, @napapedalcrusher, and @napavalleydachshunds, and to our amazing sponsors: Super Hero Dachshunds, El DJ Flip, Napa Valley Chocolate Company, and House of Classical Pilates.

Thank you to Nick of the Napa Valley Register and Edward of The Press Democrat for capturing such amazing race images, and to our incredible volunteers, who made it all happen.

To my friends: you showed up, and you supported. I will never forget it. I see you. I see you all. And to those who couldn’t be there, I felt your support in every message, text, and call.

Keep tagging us in your race day photos and videos! 📸

This is just the beginning. 🐾🏁🏆

This week’s @lagence_napavalley community highlight takes us to @napayard - a hidden gem by the river in the Oxbow neighborhood.

A beer garden for those Oktoberfest cheers, cocktails, food, putt-putt, and a playground for the kids—plus live music and spaces for private celebrations. There’s a little something for everyone, with plenty of reasons to settle in and stay awhile.

Tag someone you’d spend an afternoon here with!
