The WGI season has ended. And so does my career as a scholastic open performer.
This team is incredibly special to me, I wouldn't have wanted my senior year to have been with anybody else.

My dear Lily,
Thank you for being amazing. I know freshman year is difficult and a strange time to be alive, but you've been such a joy and you've grown exponentially. Seeing you work so hard and be so dedicated even when I know youre tired and in pain, its something that makes me so proud and so inspired. I cannot wait to see all that you do and I couldnt be happier to have been someone that you can rely on this season

My loves Ellie, Elise, Claire, Charlotte, and Mason
Thank you all for just being great. Sophomore year is seemingly the easiest season. Because you already know what youre doing. Yall have blown me away from your improvement since freshman year. To watch yall come in and now to have to leave you, makes my heart hurt but it makes me so excited to see where you'll be next year and the year after.

My lovely Adriana,
Thank you for stepping up, being there when we needed you the most. I know this year hasn't been the easiest but you've done so well. I'm so happy that youre on this team this year. To watch you as a freshman, seeing you grow is a blessing, im excited to see what you make of your senior year

Kylie,
Im sorry that you didn't get to spend your last season with us on the floor, I value you more than you know. Thank you

My staff,
These past four years have been hands down, the best time of my life. And I owe it to this program. Practice, though long and exhausting, was always my favorite place, even when Im getting called out for things Im doing wrong. Im genuinely heartbroken that I won't be able to spin with this group anymore. If I could go back to my freshman year and do it all again, Id do it in a heartbeat.

Now.. I prepare myself knowing in a few short years there will be a vague memory that a girl named Ryann Furlow used to spin in the cafe, and I'll be talked about like the seniors that came before me, who'd left a legacy ive given everything to follow
Goodbye Naperville Central Colorguard, I hardly knew you ❤
