Yesterday I was able to join my man Brett as he dropped off all the donations he was able to collect for the @friendlyfoodpantryrandolph

Special shoutout to all the people that was able to donate like @melmar_inc

As we found out they really needed it for the coming Thanksgiving holiday

And a particular thanks to Brett for organizing this and helping to be a positive light in the community

He may also be doing a toy drive next month if anyone would like to donate/support please let me know

Blessings 🙏🏿

Just have to keep showing up

Make small adjustments

Goal is not “summer” body

Its about a healthy body

Drop down to 185lbs and some more fat% and see how I feel

Strength, Mobility, Energy is the measure

It’s been a few years since I got to the range

Glad I was able to get out there with one of my boys I haven’t seen in a while

It is always interesting how the smallest details make a big difference

That is one thing I found with this and golf

Both are skills that take immense focus yet you have to relax

You can get frustrated but as soon as you do and start to tense up things get worse

Life is similar… there is a certain level of relaxation that you have to have at all times but still have intense focus

I am on a 3 day fast

Stopped eating Tuesday night…
Will start again sometime on Saturday

Only had water, cup of black coffee, and a cup of plain tea

I only share this to remind you our bodies are more capable than we give them credit for

We imagine a day or two without food and our body becomes weak and we need to be very careful not to over exert

Well if you believe that… then your body will respond as you believe

I expected to feel great at the gym today so my body responded as I believed

Chest Pressing with 105lb per hand for 3 sets of 10
Shoulder pressing the similar
Etc etc

Point is my body isnt weakened at all, if anything I feel like I had more energy at the gym than last time

We limit our bodies mentally way more than our physical body limits us

Pay attention to what you believe about yourself

Took some real pictures with @maps_nyc in Boston

These are my top 2… I think 🤔 haha

Been saying for a long time I need to get some professional photos done, for multiple different purposes

Business and otherwise
