My first runway ever. I keep thinking about how far a single decision can take you. One yes. One “why not me.” That’s all it took to end up here, thousands of kilometres from home, standing for something bigger than myself. There’s a version of me from a few years ago who wouldn’t believe this. First runway ever, and somehow it’s on an international stage, carrying a whole country’s name. I didn’t grow up thinking this was possible for someone like me. But that’s the thing about the path — you don’t have to see the whole staircase, you just have to take the step in front of you. Tonight I took mine.

Artiste franco-camerounais installé à Montréal, Dee Joyce s’est imposé comme une des voix marquantes du R&B pop francophone. Nommé au Gala de l’ADISQ 2024 (meilleur album R&B/Soul), il a récemment assuré la première partie des mythiques Beach Boys. Avec des textes sincères sur l’amour et l’authenticité, il transforme chaque spectacle en vraie communion avec le public 🎤✨
