Sun, sand, and my boat! 🧘‍♀️🌊 Perfect beach day!
My boat's a little wobbly... maybe it's the waves, or maybe it's my laughter! 😂 #YogaFun #BeachTime #Happy

#yoga knowledge#Maintaining balance in the air is more challenging than on the ground, so the aerial tree pose strengthens your core and enhances your focus. You need to pay attention to every part of your body to remain stable. It's beneficial both mentally and physically.

Today I remember my dearest mum Phillippa. She was a socialist and fought for socialist beliefs all her life in UK and Africa esp against apartheid in South Africa, which as a family we had to leave secretly with one suitcase in 1966.
It was her love of art that was the foundation of mine. I will always remember the large book about paintings in the National Gallery that I used to spend hours paging through as a little girl. It got left behind in Africa!!
This photo was taken during our time in Tanzania in the late 1960s.
She keeps me safe every day. God rest her kind soul.
