The cast of MACBETH were lucky to meet Brisbane based actor Gabriel Wighton in rehearsals today, who came in to chat about his journey from graduate actor to professional artist.

Gabe has had a strong start to his career, with great things on the horizon, and the cast were truly grateful for his generosity of time and spirit in his conversations with them today.

This is what theatre is about: community.

OUTSET. I feel so grateful to be apart of this incredible project. Every day in the rehearsal room and every day on set felt so special. There was so much passion that went into this project, watching every department work and put their heart into this was truly such an inspiring experience. I’m so proud of what we created together. See you all in February! 👀🩸

Oedipus Doesn’t Live Here Anymore, and neirher do we anymore 👁️

After a 22 hour push in the theatre across the last two days, we put the finishing touches on our little creation, and opened and closed. Blink and you missed it.

Solid work team. Happy happy thanks to you all, including those not pictured (@_noahmilne @seandennehy).

So that’s show three of the year done, with four through seven now underway. If you need me, I’ll be back in rehearsals.
