Dance don’t cost a thing love seen a lot of first dancers at the work shop that’s what these workshops are about giving every one the chance to experience dance it may or may not be for you until you try it but the real win is doing something out side your comfort zone been that 9 year old self that didn’t care what people said or though and just lived life for themselves and not through others eyes

I love me a safe dance place!
For a few years, I stopped teaching because I had lost the love and strength and somewhat knowledge for it.
It felt difficult, because of my expectations and thé expectations others might have for me.
But I am glad I stood strong in what I believed was the right thing to do.
Now I am teaching again at a studio I really really really like to people who truly want to learn and grow and we all get to be ourselves and dance together!

Just wanted to say thank you to all the people who have joined me so far and all the people who support my dance journey 🙏🏾

Anyway I see y’all on Thursdays • 7 to 8.15pm • @studiom4_
Open to everyone
We drill steps
Try choregraphies
Freestyle
And Stretch
Sometimes all of it in one class 😅

That was a beautiful week that reminded me of the importance of connection, gratitude, and growth. I hope you all had a beautiful week!

I spent time with loved ones, both near and far, and felt incredibly grateful for their presence in my life. We laughed, shared stories, and made new memories together!

All I wish is to live, with joy and gratitude. 🤍
