The Next Chapter Begins. 💼

Success is built through ambition, discipline, and the willingness to step outside your comfort zone.

I’m proud to announce the next chapter of my professional journey as a Life Insurance Broker with North American Senior Benefits (NASB).

For me, this is more than just a career opportunity. It’s a chance to build something meaningful, create lasting relationships, and help families protect what matters most.

I’ve always believed in setting high standards, working hard, and never settling for where I am today.

As I step into this new industry, I’m bringing that same mindset, determination, and commitment to excellence.

New industry. New opportunities. Bigger goals. Same drive.

The journey is just getting started. 🥂

Where were you 1,000 days ago? Where do you want to be 1,000 days from now?

That was the focus of our 3rd Annual Leadership Retreat.

Two days of leadership development, reflection, and building stronger relationships. From the training room to sailing the waters of Cape Lookout, we challenged our leaders to think bigger, set goals, and take ownership of their future.

Because the next 1,000 days are coming whether you’re ready or not.

One team. One direction. One thousand days. 🚀

Three days in Palm Beach surrounded by some of the most driven women in our industry. 🤍

Four of our TopShelf ladies had the opportunity to join 16 incredible women from across North American Senior Benefits for a few days of learning, connection, and conversations about what it truly looks like to level up as women and leaders in this industry.

We’re incredibly grateful to @nasbnation for investing in its women—not just in their production, but in who they’re becoming as leaders.

The rooms you get access to change when you decide to raise your standard.

This is what we want more women to experience at TopShelf: opportunities to grow, to be challenged, to learn from women ahead of you, and to become the kind of leader who brings other women with her.

Thank you, North American Senior Benefits, for an unforgettable experience and for continuing to create rooms like this for women in our industry. 🤍

We’re just getting started.

Proud is an understatement. 💯

This week I had the opportunity to bring a new agent onto the team and personally train him in the field. I’m proud of him for being willing to take a risk, step outside of his comfort zone, and most importantly, trust me to guide and train him through the process.

Everybody starts somewhere. You don’t have to know everything on Day 1 — you just have to be willing to learn, get in the car, put in the work, and trust the process.

Seeing someone take that first step reminds me why I’m building this team in the first place. The opportunity is there for anybody willing to go after it.📈

This is just the beginning. Let’s work! 🐺🔥

“There’s nothing like it in the space.”

That’s what industry veterans keep saying after seeing @integritymktg’s tech platform in action.

IntegrityCONNECT isn’t just a CRM. It’s the first system that actually gets how insurance agents sell and serve clients.

10 months. $100,000 written. One unforgettable trip to Cancún. 🌴

Grateful for every client, every mentor, and every challenge that got me here. This wasn’t the finish line, just proof that consistency compounds.

We got to enjoy the view… now it’s time to get back to building. 💯🚀

Four years. One unforgettable tradition. And this time, Jordan finally got the win. 🏆🏀

The fourth annual NASB Arena Basketball Game brought teams from across the organization together to compete on the Charlotte Hornets’ home court. After battling back from a 9–1 deficit and forcing overtime, Greg Baden’s No Limit team—featuring Jordan himself—finished the job and took home the championship!

The competition was real, but the day was about something even bigger: relationships, shared experiences, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Congratulations, Team No Limit! No runners-up this year. 😤
