Joy isn’t found in the results or circumstances of life but in the foundations of what is undeniably true. So what is true? The good news of the gospel. That simple answer is where the fundamental meaning of joy is found. That no matter what is going on in life, you can always go to the root which will lead you to joy. The book of Philippians is proof of this. Paul, who is in prison writing this letter, talks about joy over a dozen times. In the eyes of the world Paul is basically at rock bottom in life. But in his eyes he takes great joy in prison because he knew and trusted the Lord to take care of him and that he had him there for a reason (Philippians 1:12-18). The greatest freedom and joy found in life is when you trust the lord and learn to depend on his will and faithfulness.

I can always tell if an athlete is athletic just based off the warm-up, their effort, their technique…Etc. Nash has an excellent work ethic, discipline and attention to detail. Once you get to a certain level of athletic ability every inch counts. Great job man. #sportsperformance #northwestarkansas #sportsphysicaltherapy #strengthandconditioning

Had an amazing time with the Velocity Scorecard testing yesterday and excited to see areas of where we can improve and get guys to the next tier. I’m overall assessing what Tier each athlete is in and my goal is to get them to the next level. Example: Tier 2 to Tier 3. Message me for individual or team testing. I’ll collaborate with Coach Caleb at @ironperformancenwa with programming in 6 week increments. #sportsperformance #strengthandconditioning #northwestarkansas #physicaltherapy #baseball
