Royal Blood
“Dead Company”

Royal Blood’s Mike and Ben just want a perfect day surfing off Brighton but when Mother Muck summons an asteroid to drown the UK beneath a haunted tsunami, they must ride straight into the apocalypse—and turn her ultimate weapon into the thing that saves them all.

HBJ led a talented group of illustrators and animators from around the world to create the epic horror comedy “Dead Company.”

Thank you Mike and Ben for trusting us to create such an ambitious project.

Thank you to the entire Warner Brothers Music UK team especially Francesca Costa.

Behind the Scenes content coming soon very soon.

For the past few months, I had the privilege to work on A TON of 2026 @svabfaanimation thesis films as an FX Animator ✍️ and Colorist 🎨! Here's a lil illustration featuring characters from the 18 films I was credited in, dissolving in a familiar ‘authentic’ hourglass⏳. I also compiled an exclusive FX Zine featuring the FX work I did on 7 films and even made it on the Thesis Screening Bingo lol :]

Lightbox Expo 2025! ⭐️🩷

What an unforgettable trip. In a whirlwind of a weekend, I traveled across the country for my first-ever Lightbox Expo. There, I met the talented artists, producers, and leaders of the animation industry. I gained a behind-the-scenes glimpse into the lives of industry professionals, including their challenges, goals, and valuable advice.

What stood out to me the most was the kindness of every individual I encountered. Every person I met offered not just advice, but also a smile and a joke. The general energy was something akin to: “Your success is my success.” This genuine camaraderie was so heart-warming!

I am so lucky to have met artists and friends who continue to inspire me every day. Can’t wait for next year! 🥹✨🫶
