8 MONTHS. 20.03KG DOWN. 🙏🏽❤️

Eight months ago, I made one of the biggest decisions of my life to take my health seriously.

After years of dealing with high blood pressure, my 2025 medical check-up came with a serious warning from my doctors. With my weight and blood pressure, I needed to make a significant change or risk developing more serious health complications.

That conversation hit differently.

I looked at my beautiful little twins and thought to myself: **I want to be here. I want to be healthy. I want to be an active father in their lives for many, many years to come.**

So I made the decision to start.

And honestly, it has NOT been easy.

Month after month. Day after day. There were difficult days, but I kept pushing. I kept reminding myself WHY I started.

Today, 8 months later, I’m **20.03KG down** and, by God’s grace, my latest health checks have shown a much healthier blood pressure and overall health status. 🙏🏽❤️

I’m incredibly grateful to GOD for how far He has brought me.

And a very BIG thank you to my amazing wife, @k_deejah ❤️

Thank you for standing by me, guiding me, encouraging me and walking through this journey with me. Your support has meant more than I can put into words.

**20.03KG down. 8 months in. And we’re still going. 💪🏽**

If there’s one thing I want you to take from this:
PLEASE take your health seriously.

Get your regular check-ups. Listen to your doctors. Don’t wait until your body forces you to pay attention.
