First official @usatf masters track meet in the books! (just means I’m old now 😂) Crazy to spend months prepping for literal seconds of work, but this truly makes you appreciate all the detail and effort that goes into it.

Thanks to my client @track_squirrel for giving me the motivation to get out there. And thank you to all the volunteers and workers who put the event together. Thanks last but not least to my wife, my kids, and parents who came out to support!

Special shout out to @jimmyhodgins and @performancereadyllc for helping me get ready.

A little stumble at the start, but still a PB of 12.73 for the 100m. The old guy track club marches on…time to get ready for the next one.

Also, never know who you’re gonna run into lol great to see @jessekwright out there getting after it!

Jokes. That's a common thing I say when I'm connected to others with a similar mindset. Coaching is not always serious all the time. There is space to joke in sessions.
.
I'm working on not taking life too seriously to not be overwhelmed. I'm looking to create pockets of experiences where I can just be myself fully without feeling the label of how I am told to show up (my inner critic).

Those are the moments that fill my cup.

I want to coach more people seeking to move their bodies in time and space more efficiently.
