Murph is not about proving how fit you are.
It’s not about doing it “RX,” wearing a vest, getting a new PR, or suffering through it alone. It’s about choosing to do something hard on purpose - to honor the men and women who have sacrificed their lives so that we can have the freedom to choose in the first place. Every year, this workout brings people together for something bigger than themselves. Some will run. Some will walk. Some will row or bike. Some will scale every MVMNT. And every single version of that effort matters. At Vigor MVMNT, we will help you modify anything you need. Can’t run? We got you. Can’t do pull ups? We got you. Nervous about the workout? We got you, and we’ll support you every step of the way. Is the workout hard? Yes. It’s supposed to be. But the goal is not perfection.
The goal is to show up, challenge yourself, and honor the fallen alongside an incredible community. 🇺🇸 MURPH 2026 🇺🇸

MURPH 2026 🇺🇸 This annual workout means a lot to us here at Vigor MVMNT - and to thousands of gyms across the country and even around the world. Is Murph hard? Absolutely. It’s supposed to be. For one day, we choose to do something uncomfortable on purpose to honor the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom, and those who continue to sacrifice for us every single day. And the truth is… the workout itself isn’t the most important part. You do NOT need to complete Murph exactly as written. What matters is showing up. What matters is putting yourself through something challenging with purpose. What matters is being willing to step outside your comfort zone in honor of something bigger than yourself. Can’t run? Cool - we got you. Can’t do pull ups? Cool - we got you. Need to modify push ups or air squats? WE GOT YOU. This workout is for EVERYONE. And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be surrounded by a community pushing beside you, encouraging you, and working just as hard right next to you. That’s what makes this day so special every single year. 🇺🇸 Monday, May 25th 🇺🇸 Location: Vigor MVMNT 📍 3605 S Providence Rd, Columbia, MO 65203 We’ll begin at 8:10am with the story of Michael Murphy and the National Anthem. Available Heat times: ▪️8:30am (FULL!) ▪️ 9:00am (9 Spots left) ▪️ 9:30am (17 Spots left) ✅ Open to the public - you do NOT have to be a member ✅ All we ask is that you purchase a Murph shirt ($25) ✅ No membership commitment required ✅ All fitness levels welcome - we’ll help modify anything needed ✅ Everyone who completes SOME version of the workout receives a FREE 7-Day Pass to use themselves or give to a friend ✅ Food afterward for everyone participating Click the link in our bio to sign up and follow the instructions at the top of the form. Come be apart of something bigger than yourself! You got this, and we got you! 🇺🇸 #jointhemvmnt #builtdifferent #usa #murph #community

Coach Nas with Teamwork Tuesday! Small class - BIG energy! And best believe Coach @nasirlatham is bringing the BIGGEST energy! ⚡️💥 This was one of our 6:30pm conditioning classes. Every once in a while we get a class with only a couple people. Something we pride ourselves on at Vigor MVMNT is the experience we provide to every single person who walks through our doors. We know our members pay not just for great workouts and a great community, but also for an elite experience! That’s why at Vigor MVMNT, it doesn’t matter if the class has 2 people or 30 - WE’RE BRINGING THE ENERGY! 🔥 That’s the standard we believe training should have - especially group training - and that’s the standard we hold ourselves to as coaches! Every class follows the same flow: Warm up drills -> 3 Minutes of MVMNT -> Specific Warm up -> Workout! Everything is coach led, from the time you step on the workout floor to the time we finish class. Every person who walks through our doors deserves a great experience, and that’s exactly what they get! It’s still not too late to cash in on the March MVMNT discount! Click the link in our bio, and let’s get you in some free classes to try for yourself! 🎥 @bythewade_p #jointhemvmnt #vigormvmnt #communitysupport #coach #energy
