Merry Christmas from our family to yours 🎄

Grateful for family that keeps us grounded, and a Savior who makes all things new. This season reminds us that hope isn’t found under the tree—it’s found in Christ.

Praying peace, joy, and grace over you and your loved ones today and in the year ahead.
Jesus is still the reason. Always has been. Always will be.

I recognize the difficulties that Mother’s Day may bring up for some- whether you’ve lost a parent, a child, or a mother figure. Especially when women are still being vilified in this country over their right to choose. Either way, shoutout to my mother for always listening to my spiral. Some days I get off the phone with her and I think about all the energy it must take to listen to all three of us kids navigating through our lives. She had all three of us by the time she was 20 and she has grown up with us just as much as we have grown up with her. I recognize her ability to listen to my experiences and always tell me, “it’s going to get better.” And to all those who play the role of mothers - to all the baby mamas, community leaders, trans women, drag mothers, cooks, healers, friends, and empaths - I see you. I appreciate you. I applaud you. Thank you for listening. (My mother is gonna hate this photo but LOOK AT THAT HAIR LOLLLL. She has damn sure come a long way!)
