My digital invite for online group show I curated - this meme was my attempt to reference what it was, after learning how to meme - an @instagram hosted exhibition and maybe the absurdity of this, and some pics of the (crude appropriation) process I used to get there. Exhibition viewable @galeria__alegria page. 'When Net Becomes Form' features painting by 19 artists (links below) I quickly selected for all because - at the time, a few weeks ago - it felt urgent to do something and maybe respond to new circumstances. Thanks to all who participated in the experiment.

I, Bobby Dowler (8/8), hereby certify that I made this meme (1/8), wrote this text (2/8, 3/8 + 4/8) and curated an online exhibition of 19 artists' (5/8, 6/8, 7/8) paintings (which I all love!) during lockdown, with a little help from friends. Please visit @galeria__alegria who host and exhibit it over several posts on their instagram page. Thank you Sebastian Rossello and to all the artists, memers and art-viewing public out there !
