The people of KOBE, JAPAN mission are the luckiest to get this girl!!! She’s self studied Japanese since she was 12! Taking 1.5 years off school! It’s been a journey and she was ready to serve anywhere but thrilled to serve the people she has always felt drawn to! Starting September 1st! ❤️#kobejapanmission #calledtoserve #bickhamhappenings

He’s ready to go! Come join us for a send off/open house Sunday from 6:30-9pm to say adios for two years to Elder Bickham! He’s completed two weeks of home missionary training online and will now head to the Provo MTC for 4 weeks before heading to Nicaragua! 🇳🇮Thank you to my amazing friend @marriottphoto for capturing this guy before he leaves and to all the wonderful friends and family support!! #hesready #homemtcisamazing #nicaraguamission #bickhamhappenings

hello dolly, goodbye theater❤️

what an honor it was to play dolly levi in my final performance at ala. it was a dream come true. I have always wanted to be the main lead in a musical since I can remember. I used to tell my mom when I was younger “I want to see my name in lights”. while my dreams aren’t to that extreme anymore, my heart was so full when I took that final bow on stage. It was even more special to have my brother up on stage with me the entire time. this opportunity was such a blessing, but it also took a lot of work to get to this point. years and years of training and hours of critique and polishing to get where I wanted to be. days and days of “I want to be this good and I’m gonna do this to get there” and “why can’t I do that yet? how much longer do I have to work?” what everyone doesn’t seem to see is what really goes into what seems to them like “simple successes”. in reality, they are far from simple. that doesn’t mean they aren’t worth every second though. i wouldn’t trade those hours of work for anything. dreams are attainable and the pay off is beautiful to see.

to those of you I have worked alongside, thank you for all you do. thank you for the friendships and support system that only a theater family can generate. thank you to all my teachers who got me to this point in my brief performance career. it has been a wonderful journey. thank you to all of you. to those of you in fine arts, keep performing. keep working at what you do. the opinions of others are small compared to the perfect moments you will experience.

and with that, my time on the stage at ala is through. i can’t wait to see you all shine. unlike dolly, I’m now leaving everything to you❤️
