Natalia @nataliabareikis brings beautiful energy to every event. Through cacao, music, and kundalini, true magic happens. It is quite difficult to explain, but even just witnessing it, I felt the energy of the room intensely. Make sure to check out her profile and visit @luvyourselfspace to see if this is for you. I have been in many spaces, but Natalia’s is easily one of my favorites. I’m looking forward to capturing more moments of her work!

ON THE PATH OF THE BLACK JAGUAR The pilgrimage continues. A path traced not only through miles, borders, or destinations, but through the encounters that reveal themselves as we walk. The Heart of the Drum keeps traveling. Each land opens a different space. Each gathering brings new hearts together. Each ceremony is born from the moment and disappears with it, leaving behind only what could be crossed, listened to, and remembered. This next passage of the journey will take us through: 🇨🇭 FOREL, SWITZERLAND 19–20 September Drum Birth · Frequency & Vibration · Ritual Sound Ceremony @xcontla 🇹🇷 TÜRKIYE 25 September – 6 October 🇬🇧 WINCHESTER, UK 10–11 October Drum Birth · Frequency & Vibration · Ritual Sound Ceremony @rinskyholistics @sk.thejourney 🇮🇹 RIMINI, ITALY 13–18 October Occulture Retreat · Ritual Sound Ceremony @occultureconference 🇪🇸 ALICANTE, SPAIN 23 & 25 October Drum Birth · Ritual Sound Ceremony (Yanina)+34 634 36 54 10 @casabyeri 🇩🇪 BERLIN, GERMANY 31 October Ritual Sound Journey @santasangrebodyrituals 🇬🇧 LONDON, UK 8 November Ritual Sound Journey @nataliabareikis 🇲🇽 ESTADO DE MÉXICO, MEXICO 21 November Axxa Tiipi · Drum Birth · Ritual Sound Ceremony From land to land. ✨ 2 YEARS OF LUVEYOURSELF SPACE STUDIO , BREATH, & UNSTOPPABLE DISCIPLINE ✨ What an incredible milestone celebrating the 2nd anniversary of Luv Yourself Space (@luvyourselfspace)! 🥳 Founded by Natalia Bareikis, Luv Yourself Space (Unit 11, Hoy Street, Canning Town, London E16 1ZA) was built as a sanctuary for nervous system restoration, energetic awakening, and community connection in East London. We kicked off this unforgettable experience with a mind-bending breathwork, meditation, and cacao ceremony that transported body and mind into pure bliss and deep relaxation. From that calming sanctuary, we took the celebration over to their collaborators at Sweheat Sauna (@sweheat.sauna), located right on the water at Western Beach, Royal Victoria Dock (1 Dock Rd, London E16 1AH). Sweheat is an independent, family-run wood-fired outdoor sauna rooted in community connection and wellness. Surrounded by vibrant, colourful outfits, glowing UV lights, and non-stop music, everyone started dancing! But no matter how deep the relaxation gets, the daily push-up challenge never stops! 💪 Right under the lights, we dropped down together for a birthday push-up set to honor 2 incredible years of movement, healing, and growth 💯🔥 Thank you to the whole Luv Yourself family and Sweheat Sauna team for creating such a supportive space for recovery and joy in London! Here’s to many more years! ❤️🙌 Tags: @luvyourselfspace @sweheat.sauna @natalialuvyourself @royaldocks @silvertownlondon @cityhalllondon @wakeupdate @excel_london @canarywharflondon @newhamlondon @london @docklands Hashtags: #LuvYourselfSpace #SweheatSauna #PushUpChallenge #RoyalDocks #LondonWellness
