Giving our agents their flowers for crushing September with their submit numbers! Behind those numbers are hours of calls, follow-ups, and showing up even on the tough days.

We’re proud of the work you put in and the example you set for our team. Keep raising the bar! 📈

30k in 30 days is absolutely achievable. But a $30K goal needs more than motivation. It takes structure, support, and a willingness to be coached.

The plan doesn’t have to be complicated. The work is putting it into practice consistently.

What part would challenge you most: sticking to a schedule, taking feedback, or staying consistent? ⬇️
