The past few weeks have been fuller of friend meetups than the past few years combined - me visiting Barcelona, friends visiting Tbilisi.
I was genuinely overjoyed and excited to see each and every one - my girls mean so much to me ❤️
But I can’t ignore the fact that my nervous system got a little overwhelmed with all these emotions… almost to the point of bursting. It’s hard to explain, and even harder to process 🤦🏻‍♀️
Taking a bit of a solitude retreat now to slow down and recharge.
Meanwhile, here are some snaps for the memory wall.
Love and kisses 💕😘

Ready to start planning your adventure to the Philippines?🤿

The protected marine sanctuary at Balicasag Island takes the top spot with its incredible reefs and fantastic wall dives, home to plenty of turtles, schools of trevally and giant barracuda.🐟

Beyond Balicasag, the southern Panglao coastline has nice corals in the shallows and the potential for critters on the sandy slopes.🌊

These sites make for great afternoon dives with plenty of reef fish and even rare species such as seahorse, sea moths, blue-ringed octopus and flamboyant cuttlefish.🦑

Check out the link in our bio to learn more about scuba diving in the Philippines! 💡

Traveling during these times brings up a song from #toystory by #randynewman :

“When the road looks rough ahead
and you’re miles and miles
from your nice warm bed
you just remember what your old pal said…”

I think he said: Don’t forget to get vaccinated and do a bunch of PCRs👃🏻🧪

All worth it, because reminiscing the past makes for good small talk, but making new memories creates an even stronger connection or bond (James, Bond… yes, we watched #notimetodie). I’m glad that I got to meet up with so many 上海朋友们; each person added a certain spice and spark to this trip that made it so worthwhile.

Thank you guys for a trip to remember and as Randy Newman sang: “you’ve got a friend in me”🎤

Most of all I wanna thank @svetlanarzaeva for being with me through thick and thin throughout the trip. A honeymoon well spent, I’d say 🎁🗺

(Kiz Kulesi) 🏰 ⬇️ ⬇️⬇️
