Say hello to Spencer (played by @oliver_barry_brook ).

Dad’s only son who is a bit lost, a bit gormless but the sweetest lad on the allotment.

There’s not a bad bone in his body and Spencer is always ready to lend a hand whether it’s wanted or not.

Meet Dad (played by @willmidz )

Everyone calls him Dad. His actual name is clouded in secrecy. Dad took retirement early and spends most of his time down at the plots so he’s not under his wife’s feet.

Dad’s kind, a bit lonely and tries to make friends wherever he can, but he has that ability to put his foot squarely in his own mouth with seemingly no effort.

He’s very knowledgeable about plants and there’s a dark, familial history about the heritage of his courgettes but if you need any advice for goodness sake don’t ask him.

And this is Jeff. Played by Kurt Deed.

Jeff’s particular. Very particular. Keep your vegetable beds to your own plot and whatever you do don’t mention the Royal family.

But Jeff’s also sweet natured and worries about everything a bit too much.

And he’s a terrible gossip.

And here’s Gayle (played by @natalie_anson ) who keeps an eye on everyone down The Plots.

Smart, focused and a clear idea of how things should be done, Gayle is the glue that keeps the other tenants together.

And don’t mess with her either. She knows all the tricks and is strong as an ox.

Kim (played by @katronny ) will make you feel super welcome down The Plots!

Bubbly, sweet and very, very flirty Kim has a big impact on the other tenants and is always ready to lend a hand.

She’s not the best at spelling though!

This is Toby (played by @steveleedsy ) He’s also new to The Plots and has already made a big impact with the other tenants.

There’s a mystery as to how he came to get the plot so quickly but is Toby’s mild-mannered demeanour just a cover to get some real answers?

Meet Leroy (played by @reisydeeofficially )

Leroy is new to the Allotment and will be spending a lot more time there than he really wants to.

He’s been forced to leave his family home (I mean, he is 32) and is striking out on his own.

Leroy’s smart, kind and a bit lonely, but he’s got a lot of growing up to do.

What a weekend @ivanachubbuckstudio 🫶🫶I’m so incredibly grateful for Ivana and the Chubbuck community. Never in a million years did I imagine way back in 2011 when I went to a Chubbuck Masterclass in London that I would one day be a Chubbuck Coach and be involved in one. Thank you to everyone who came along and especially all my Covid Zoom Class Chubbuck Crew we really created something special, see you in Berlin 🫶🫶

I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of people recover from injury, illness and burnout — and return to training, sport, work and adventure stronger than ever before.

From everyday movers to ambitious athletes, my clients come from all walks of life and with different movement experiences.

Whether you want to:
➡️ Be pain-free and move well day-to-day
➡️ Rebuild confidence after injury or surgery
➡️ Train for a fitness challenge or bucket-list adventure
There are many ways we can get you moving more, moving better — and living better.

I believe movement is powerful.

It doesn’t just change what your body can do — it changes how you experience yourself and the world around you.
