Dancing is so much more than just grooving on the dance floor to your favorite song. You’ll be surprised how many benefits are associated with dancing. It helps you to stay physically and mentally fit.
Dance is also painful and full of many things to pay attention to: straight back, long neck, turn out your toes, keep hips down, straight legs, pointy toes, straight arms, turn out your legs from the inside of your hips all the way to your feet, keep your glutes and thighs contracted and much moooore! 🙄
But when you love it, it becomes so natural. Especially when you add a bit of fun ☺️ •
