Elke ochtend begint voor mij met mijn eigen kleine ritueel. Niet zomaar “een glas water”, maar mijn supplementatie waar ik me goed bij voel: mijn Aloë Vera, mijn HL Skin Booster en mijn Energy Tea ☕️. Het is mijn manier om mijn lichaam wakker te maken, mijn energie ⚡️ te boosten en mezelf meteen iets goeds te geven. Daarna beweeg ik. De ene keer is het een wandeling, de andere keer een korte workout (net wat past bij mijn dag hoor). Maar dat moment van bewegen doet iets met me. Het maakt mijn hoofd lichter, mijn lichaam warmer ☄️ en mijn mindset sterker. Het is alsof ik mezelf elke ochtend opnieuw laat zien: “Ik kies voor mij en ik draag bij aan mijn lichaam.” (leven i.p.v. geleefd worden) ♡ - Dat gun ik iedereen trouwens. En dan mijn ontbijt. Voedzaam en vol met diezelfde 52 essentiële voedingsstoffen. Het is geen verplichting he! Het is een investering (in mijn energie en in mijn gezondheid). Mijn ochtendroutine is geen strenge discipline, maar een zachte manier om elke dag een beetje beter voor mezelf te (leren!) zorgen. Het helpt me om rustiger te denken, helderder te voelen en bewuster te leven (en meer uren uit mijn dag te halen zonder het opgejaagde gevoel). Als kind had ik grootse dromen. ✨ En ergens onderweg raak je ze soms kwijt… of worden ze stiller. Maar stap voor stap kom ik dichter bij wat ik écht wil. Door zelfreflectie, blijven groeien en vooral: durven dromen dat er méér is. En natuurlijk 》 Soms weet je het even niet. Soms doe je maar wat. Dat is oké. Want je hoeft het niet alleen te doen. Al helemaal niet met zo’n leuk team >> waar ik precies vandaag één jaar deel van mag zijn. 🧡 Zolang je je doel voor ogen houdt en dicht bij jezelf blijft, kom je precies waar je moet zijn. 🌱💫

One of those places that makes you stop and think…How incredible is this world? 🤍🏔️ During our group trip through Peru, we visited the famous Salt Mines of Maras in the Sacred Valley near Cusco. 🇵🇪 Thousands of salt pools cover the mountainside, creating one of the most unique landscapes in Peru. What makes it even more special is that local families have been harvesting salt here using traditional methods for centuries. 🧂✨ Traveling is not only about seeing beautiful places, it’s also about learning the stories behind them. What if you could taste a culture by actually learning how to cook it? 🌍✨🥔🍲 During our Peru group trip, we had the opportunity to visit the Misminay local community, high in the Andes, and experience something I absolutely love about immersive travel: We didn’t just eat the food. We helped create it. 💚 We put on our aprons, rolled up our sleeves, and got ready to learn. 👩🏽‍🍳🌿 The community taught us about the different ingredients they use in their everyday cooking, the different varieties of potatoes 🥔, herbs 🌿, proteins, vegetables, and other products that come from the land around them. But what made it even more special was learning how they bring all of these ingredients together to create their traditional dishes. And let me tell you… the food was DELICIOUS. 🤤 We enjoyed a beautiful meal together, including a tomato cream soup that I loved so much I had to ask about the ingredients and how they made it! 😂 But my favorite part wasn't just eating. It was that everyone participated. We cooked together. We learned together. We helped each other. We laughed. And eventually, we sat down together and enjoyed the meal we had helped prepare. 🫶🏽 That is what immersive travel means to us. It’s about learning directly from the people who call a place home. And it’s about creating those little moments of connection that you simply can't get from following an itinerary and taking a few photos. Because we don't want our group trips to simply be about seeing the world. This place is out of this world..😱👇🇵🇪 Most people visit Peru for Machu Picchu and it ks understanble why, it is an amazing place to explore But..... The Huacachina oasis in Ica, Peru is out of this world‼️😱🇵🇪 The place itself is tiny but there are some awesome and unique activities to do such as buggy rides, sandboarding & more. The drivers are super knowledgeables they know how to ride the dunes, make you feel some suspense and where to stop to take amazing photos.🥳🩷 After a wild ride you will stop to enjoy the sunset and take in the beauty of this place.🌎✨️ 📲 Would you be screaming or laughing during the ride? Wat was dat een maand, mei... Van Skin Classes geven in Amsterdam Noord (heel wat reisuren verder 😅), naar een motor-opfrisles cadeau doen aan mijn stiefvader bij Rijschool Damen in Oude Tonge. Daarna mocht ik zelf achter hem aan rijden. Echt een vader-dochter momentje waar ik met veel plezier op terugkijk. 🏍️❤️ Ook liep ik samen met Noëlla de Vestingloop in Hellevoetsluis (5 km), genoot ik met familie van Tineke Schouten en haalden we daarna heel chique op de hakken een patatje bij Bram Ladage. 👠🍟 Daar zagen we vervolgens onze familiespreuk hangen: "Opgeven is geen optie." Toeval? Dat geloof ik niet helemaal. Dat maakte die avond voor mij extra bijzonder. Ondertussen liep ik heel wat zonsondergangrondjes om mijn hoofd leeg te maken tijdens een drukke schoolperiode. 🌅🏃‍♀️ En hoe gaaf: samen met medestudenten organiseerden we een avondmarkt in Amsterdam Noord, waar we onze concepten mochten presenteren aan buurtbewoners. Nog mooier was dat er een échte samenwerking uit voortkwam. Dat een schoolopdracht ook daadwerkelijk gebruikt wordt in de praktijk vind ik misschien wel het tofste wat er is. 💛 Daarna wandelde ik met een vriendin de Nacht Tegen Seksueel Geweld (10 km) en liep ik de volgende dag gewoon de Rotte Dam Loop (10 km hardlopen). Aruba Photo Dump Part 1 🇦🇼 My first week back home❤️ (June 2025) ✈️ I landed by surprising my family, with university deadlines still following me. This was the only time for this year that I could come home, so I made sure to make the best out of it. But looking back now, I realize how much I managed to fit in between it all.🫶 🌅 I started my mornings running by the beach, and if you know me, you know I’m not a morning person. In the Netherlands, this never happens. 🏃‍♀️ I wanted to make the most of every moment. I also went on evening runs, which turned into meeting new people, and together we shared the sunrise or sunset. ☕️ Coffee dates and co-working sessions followed, filled with amazing conversations and new connections that I’ll always carry with me. 🎥 Spending time with my family was priceless. From having dinners to going to the movies with my little sister to watch Lilo & Stitch (a full-circle moment💙), to dinners with friends and family that reminded me how much I missed this. 🥘 Additionally, nothing beats home-cooked meals. 💕 And to top it off, I hosted a skincare workshop for @lumibellaskincare sharing one of my passions with others to inspire them taking good care of their skin. This week was proof that even in between responsibilities and being productive , memories can still be made.✨ Thanks to everyone who made the time to see me despite my crazy schedule.❤️ More coming up soon 🫶
