🌟 Hairstyles by Charlotte 2025 RECAP 🌟 Got this fun little highlight post finished just before the buzzer of 2025 goes off and I’m glad I did because this year certainly deserves some recognition! I stepped out of my comfort zone more than ever this year and really challenged myself as a business owner, an artist, and a full time mom juggling all these things while keeping my health and fitness a priority. I want to thank all my wonderful brides who trusted me with their hair on their most special day and who make going to work such a fulfilling experience. Thank you as well to every stylist who came to one of the classes I either organized or taught! Your confidence in me and support of my passion for bridal hair education keeps me so inspired all year round! Lastly thank you to my team, my family, my friends and my followers for being so reliable, helpful and encouraging. Being a mom and an entrepreneur is not for the weak and at times can be the most overwhelming and humbling space to hold. Ultimately though, it’s all worth it because I love what I do and feel privileged to be chosen by so many brides to make them feel their best on their wedding day. Looking forward to what 2026 has in store!!

I have a few more weddings this year assisting other artists, but I am officially wrapped up with all of my Glam by Dev brides for 2024! 🖤 This has been a WILD year in my personal life - bought a house in PA while still living in FL, moved from Tampa back to Philly, got a new job, quit that job to work on Glam by Dev full time, all while planning my wedding 😅 Soooooo my cortisol levels have been quite high lol BUT, it’s been a huge year of growth and I am so grateful. Every client that sits in my chair is a gift - whether a bridesmaid, mom, or client booked through another artist - but the brides who book directly with me, the ones who fully trust me and love my makeup style, hold a special place in my heart 🫶🏼 YOU are the reason I’ve been able to build my skills, my reputation, and my demand to a place where I could quit my career in marketing. You are the ones who gave me the valuable experience I needed to grow. Every review, every referral, every kind word, and every tip has never gone unnoticed and I can’t thank you all enough 🥹 I don’t believe that bridal makeup should be treated as transactional or “just a job.” It’s an incredibly personal interaction with a bride who is having one of the most special experiences of her life. It’s an experience based upon love.
