On April 8th, Schirin Chams-Diba and I had the great honor to present the ‘Tapestry of Dance’ showcase and workshop event at the beautiful Māhea Uchiyama Center for International Dance in Berkeley, California. Thank you Māhealani Uchiyama, for sharing your magical space with us!

After watching the performance videos, shot by our very generous videographer Kevin Cloud (Thank you, Kevin!), I am overwhelmed with gratitude and love for the dancers who joined us...you were DIVINE! Many thanks to all of you for sharing your beauty and truth.
To all the workshop attendees, it was a pleasure to meet you, and share some hours dancing together. Thank you!

Schirin! Thank you for being the spark of light and co-creating this wonderful event with me! To Gina Grandi, I can’t thank you enough for all your warm love and support in creating a luxurious space for our audience, and introducing all our beautiful dancers! Roxanna Guerrero, you’re an angel for helping us with the door and sounds....thank you! Last, certainly not least, many thanks to all who came out to see us… you were a rockin’ audience!

Much love to you all...❤️❤️❤️!!! Please enjoy some of my favorite moments in these homemade edits. 💫
