To always keep the big picture and a sense of direction in my head.
To be kind and witty
To be able to respond calmly, quickly, and wisely even when things get overwhelming.
To know when to be firm and stand my ground.
To double check so I don‘t miss details.
To be ready to answer anytime about what I am expected to know.
To appreciate, and to express that appreciation openly and kindly.
Never to behave whatever just because my role might seem small, and never to think that nobody cares.
To maintain a clear structure when speaking.
To always try to love the work I am doing.
Not to be stingy with my practice time.
To take a step back and understand before making a judgment
To live and put effort into my daily life, remembering that building trust is something I must practice every single day.

나를 성장하게 해준 호모 에코노미쿠스에게 감사함을 전하며-
같이 일하고 있는 사람들이 지금 필요한 게 무엇인지 바라보는 관점을 갖게 해준 것.
지휘자들에게 실질적으로 도움이 되는 게 무엇인지 가르쳐준것
때로는 작품을 위한 욕심을 채우는 것보다, 사람들을 포용하고 함께 데려가는 것이 더 중요하다는 걸 가르쳐준 것.
머릿속에 늘 빅픽쳐와 명확한 방향성을 갖고 있을 것
갑작스럽고 당황스러운 일이 생기더라도 침착하고, 빠르고, 지혜롭게 대처할 수 있을 것
때로는 단호할 것
디테일 놓치지 않도록 한 번 더 뒤돌아보고 점검할 것.
내가 알아야 할 부분에 대해서는 언제든 답변할 수 있도록 준비되어 있을 것.
감사하고, 그 마음을 솔직하고 다정하게 표현할 것.
내 역할이 작다고 해서 함부로 행동하지 말 것, 아무도 신경 쓰지 않는다고 생각하지 말 것.
다정하고 유머러스할 것
말을 할 때는 구조와 뼈대를 갖출 것.
내가 지금 하고 있는 이 일을 온 마음으로 사랑하려고 노력할 것.
연습하는 시간에 있어 인색하지 말 것.
남을 판단하기 전에 먼저 한 걸음 물러서서 이해해 보려고 노력할 것.
사람들에게 신뢰를 줄 수 있는 사람이 되는 것은, 내가 평소의 일상에서부터 매일 수행하고 노력해야 하는 부분이라는 것.

Beim Kinderfest in der Staatsoper Hannover am 10. Mai (11:00 und 16:00 Uhr) heißt es: Willkommen in der Monster-Forschungszentrale! 👾

Während des Osterferien-Workshops zum Kinderfest ist eine fantasievolle Tapete entstanden. Die verschiedenen Monster wurden dabei von teilnehmenden Kindern gemalt. Im Video erklärt Euch Regisseurin Clara Jansen, wie diese Tapete genau zum Einsatz kommen wird und welche Ideen hinter den einzelnen Monstern stecken.

Seid beim Kinderfest dabei und erlebt einen großartigen Tag mit der ganzen Familie: Genießt die Show auf der großen Bühne und stellt Eure Kreativität an denen zahlreichen Mitmach-Stationen im Foyer unter Beweis. ✨

Friends, I’m making my conducting opera debut at @staatsoperhannover with the world premiere of ”Homo Oeconomicus“. This precious creature was brought to life by the brilliant Helena Röhr @helenarohrdirector (libretto & staging) and Andrea Tarrodi @anki_svan (music), and I’m pouring my whole heart into it every single day.

Working with this team is a joy. You’ll see incredible singers in stunning costumes @natalienazemi on a stage @dukala_maike that feels both intimate and dreamlike. The music is rich with harmony, and the story is a mirror to all of us.
