Tuesday at Bandrika Studios in Tarzana, CA. It’s a beautiful thing to record a score in Los Angeles. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen 🤍

Another year around the sun PT. 1 - a year that felt freeing but also filled with many more career no’s and roadblocks than yes’s (I’m always deeply grateful for the yes’s! Would love to get all yes’s! I’m trying to not place my entire self worth on said yes’s, but that’s for another time!) - I don’t share feelings on here often, but, for the past handful of years have had a lot of trouble listening to music, or going to a concert of a band I love when I used to love it etc. This wasn’t a feeling 100% of the time, but I felt burned out for many reasons I’m happy to share off this app - but, while the year has perhaps had some of that, it’s also had belly laughs, sweet friends that love me well, time with family, and, for the first time in a while, some of that listening to music joy peeking through again. When you get older, one can only hope you put less pressure on yourself, because we’re only here for a short time, and that’s the real gift when you do. And how lucky I am through it all🤍 Xx

Happy birthday to my favorite person in history. Those who know you the best know you to be kind, loyal, thoughtful, scrappy, and with a keen sense of gallows humor. You’re a person who watches The Sopranos and feels completely seen. It’s an honor knowing and having panic attacks alongside you. I love you @natalienicoles it’s really cool that you were born.
