Tucked beneath a canopy of mature trees in Travis Heights, this home is a standout blend of classic Austin character and elevated, design-forward living.

Original white oak floors, a statement green marble fireplace, and curated finishes throughout create a space that feels both warm and refined. The kitchen is built to impress and actually function with a 48-inch range, Sub-Zero refrigeration, a Shaws farmhouse sink, and custom storage that makes everyday living easy.

The primary suite offers a true retreat with a soaking tub, marble shower, and polished finishes that feel straight out of a boutique hotel.

Outside, a heated pool, covered outdoor kitchen, and lush landscaping create a setting made for entertaining year-round. A detached guest house adds even more flexibility with its own kitchen, living space, and laundry perfect for guests or a private workspace.

All just moments from South Congress, Lady Bird Lake, and some of Austin’s best spots.

Reach out to schedule a private showing or for more details.

One of our fav ways to use Cilantro Jalapeño @soireesauce is for an easy, no prep guac! Mash up 1-2 tbsp of Cilantro Jalapeño with 1 small avocado and eat up. Add more if you like it spicier! #superbowlrecipes #guacamole🥑 photos @tayprinsen

Sweet & Sticky Steak Bites! 🥩 🥦
It’s back to school time and this recipe comes together quicker than takeout can be delivered!

Have some @omahasteaks on hand in your freezer so all you have to do is thaw then cook!

Ingredients:
- 2 Omaha Steaks New York Strip Filets
- 1 teaspoon Salt and Pepper seasoning
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 Tablespoons sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon corn starch
- Splash of water
- Cooking oil for your wok
- Sliced green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garish

Directions:
1. Start by cutting your new york strip into bite sized pieces.
2. Season with the salt and pepper seasoning, then dust on the baking soda. Mix throughout the meat.
3. Let the meat sit for a few minutes while you mix together the soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar in a medium bowl.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the corn starch with a splash of water and mix to make a slurry, then add it to the rest of the sauce ingredients.
5. Heat up oil to medium high heat in a wok or large skillet. Add the steak and sear until the outside is charred and browned. Remove the steak from the wok.
6. Reduce the heat to medium and add the garlic to the wok. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant and then also add the sauce to the wok.
7. Once it starts to thicken into a sticky sauce (about 5 minutes). Add the steak back to the wok and toss to coat the meat in the sauce for an additional minute.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with vegetables and rice, if desired.

Save this post for an easy weeknight dinner!

Wow, what a fun summer. We had lots of family and friends visiting. We enjoyed rodeos, concerts, hiking, meteor shower watching, lots of golf, off-roading, plus trips to Vail, Denver and Santa Fe. Our favorite time was the 2 1/2 weeks Brandon, Natalie and Warren spent with us.
