Over the month of August, I've slowly brought some of my cooking classes online for the public (after working with my own students for months in online club and then camp). It's been SO much fun and one unexpected bonus of this whole Covid-made-me-move-my-cooking-classes-online scenario has been that I have been able to welcome people from all over the world into my kitchen (to date, we've had folks dial in from London, Southwest France, California, Belgium, all over the US and Canada and next week I'm starting to work with a group in Australia!). It's also neat to see whole families involved in cooking and I'm noticing some repeat customers too - all things I don't necessarily see in my in-person classes. So, there are some upsides to Covid (not many but I'll take these!!). Want in on the fun? Check out the "classes" tab in the highlights in my profile. Also, to make sure you are the first to know about new class offerings (I'm adding them all the time!), sign up for my newsletter (tab in the highlights in my profile). A bonus for subscribers this month is that you are eligible to win a class from one of my fave cooking schools in the whole world, @lacuisineparis :) So, what are you waiting for?
